The Magrath Stake Campground is a 20 acre site located just east of the town limits of Magrath, Alberta on the beautiful Pothole Creek valley (only 1 mile from downtown Magrath). The camping/recreational site includes approximately 7 acres of developed property. Facilities include:
- large pavilion (3200 sq ft) with fridges, freezer, stoves, large griddle and washrooms
- separate camp kitchen (1200 sq ft)
- six stall shower house and washroom facility
- one hundred seat outdoor amphitheatre and stage
- cooking and drinking water and electricity service
- large seven acre grassed area with underground sprinkling
- over 200 planted evergreen and deciduous trees
- eight trailer pads (unserviced)
- approximately twelve acres of open natural grass area adjacent to developed area
- ample tenting space
- twelve fire pits
